Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Project P.L.A.Y. at Bok!
We are currently accepting applications for Preschool  and Young Toddlers. We enroll on a rolling admissions policy as enrollment opportunities arise.
At the start of enrollment children must be 12 months through 5 years of age.

To apply, please complete the form below and then submit your $25 application processing fee.
Please note that application submission does not guarantee admission. We have outlined our enrollment timeline on this page.  Application fees are non-refundable.
